This being the only roll on our menu with fresh tempura battered Oyster just doesn't seem right. Crab Mix, Tempura fried Oyster, and Masago wrapped in green soy paper, topped with Spicy Mayo and Unagi sauce however, does taste right.
Zack Special Roll
With our house fresh made Kani Surimi Salad and Hand Battered Shrimp Tempura inside, then wrapped in Green Soy Paper and served fresh, like all of our other rolls, there really may be something special about this roll.
Tiger Eye Roll
Cream Cheese, Jalapeño, and Smoked Salmon wrapped in a sheet of Nori Seaweed with our daily made sushi rice, before being covered with Masago and house sauces. Pick up a piece and you will see the Eye of the Tiger yourself.
Jalapeño Roll
When you have Smoked Salmon, Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, and Fresh Jalapeño inside, are then hand battered in Tempura and deep fried to Golden perfection and topped with Eel Sauce; you don't have to look Amazing. You just have to taste that way.
Webster Roll
Named after the city where the legacy began here in Texas, The Webster is everything right in Texas. Fresh made Spicy Salmon, Jalapeño strips, Cream Cheese and our house Sushi rice wrapped in Sesame Soy Paper before being battered and deep fried. Only after being golden and perfect is it then sliced and covered in a generous combination of Unagi Eel Sauce and Spicy Mayo. Everything's Bigger on this Roll.
Crazy Roll
Crazy? I was Crazy Once. Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura, Cucumber, Jalapeño, and Masago wrapped in Sesame Soy Paper and drizzled with Spicy Mayo. The only crazy here is NOT having this roll.
